I offer a free initial 30 minute consultation to help you understand the general probate process. After the meeting I can provide you with a personalised quote based on your individual circumstances.

If you instruct me my fees are based on a time spent basis not a percentage of the estate value.

Please note that VAT, currently at 20%, is chargeable in addition to our fees. Disbursements may be payable to third parties. I charge 45p per mile for home visits.
